Overusing our search engine with a very large number of searches in a very short amount of time.Using a badly configured (or badly written) browser add-on for blocking content.Running a "scraper" or "downloader" program that either does not identify itself or uses fake headers to elude detection.Using a script or add-on that scans GameFAQs for box and screen images (such as an emulator front-end), while overloading our search engine. There is no official GameFAQs app, and we do not support nor have any contact with the makers of these unofficial apps. Continued use of these apps may cause your IP to be blocked indefinitely. This triggers our anti-spambot measures, which are designed to stop automated systems from flooding the site with traffic. Some unofficial phone apps appear to be using GameFAQs as a back-end, but they do not behave like a real web browser does.Using GameFAQs regularly with these browsers can cause temporary and even permanent IP blocks due to these additional requests. If you are using the Brave browser, or have installed the Ghostery add-on, these programs send extra traffic to our servers for every page on the site that you browse, then send that data back to a third party, essentially spying on your browsing habits. We strongly recommend you stop using this browser until this problem is corrected. The latest version of the Opera browser sends multiple invalid requests to our servers for every page you visit. The most common causes of this issue are: Just knock em on the head a few times and before you know it they'll be fast asleep.Your IP address has been temporarily blocked due to a large number of HTTP requests. As Regy said the baton is a very good non-lethal weapon, and as you level up your low-tech skill this will quickly knock targets unconcious, even if they're aware of your presence. You always start the game off in an awkward state as far as combat goes, but as time goes on you'll see yourself becoming significantly more effective with whatever you choose to use, including non-lethal weapons. ![]() By about 3/4 of the way through the game I'm a master of hanguns dealing a tremendous amount of damage at long range (with the scope mod it's more effective for me than a sniper rifle), aquiring targets lightning fast, reloading lightning fast, firing lightning fast and I'm even able to effectivly run&gun without stopping to let my reticle close with little fear of my shots deviating too much. ![]() Enemies will get harder, but you'll get better and better at dealing with them from a non-skilled standpoint (meaning you will have better means to fight enemies like more range and damage from certain weapons).Īt the start of the game my 9mm does moderate damage at medium to short range and aquires targets slowly (standing still until your target reticle closes in all of the way). This can conserve ammo for those situations where you're going up against large numbers of enemies.Īnother thing you have to consider about this game is its combat difficulty seems to get easier as you go simply in terms of playability and fluidity because you can increase your effectiveness with any given weapon by putting your skill points in different areas and by modding each of your weapons. Lone guards can be dispatched easily without killing them if you hit them with a single tranq dart and then run around line of sighting them. That's why I keep my mini crossbow at the ready to open with darts/tranqs depending on the situation. If you stick to using just that you'll run out of ammo reserves pretty quick in some areas. If you play like I do then you'll find the handgun to be your most effective weapon. I usually alternate between lethal and non-lethal to conserve ammo. You can go all non-lethal, all lethal, a combination of whatever you want, etc. I like to go for different approaches each time I play through. ![]()
